On january 13, the latest update of virtual Helmond has been presented during a press conference 

• Flying above Helmond in a ballon

• Connection with Google Streetview: entrie Helmond can be seen with 360°- pictures

• New set of avatars (virtual characters)

• Projects are indicated by coloured areas and zepplins

Virtual Helmond is a special project of the city of Helmond. the technology was developed by Cebra b.v., a company located in Eindhoven. The city of Helmond cooperates in this project with the cities of Apeldoorn, Tilburg and Eindhoven and with the province of Noord-Brabant.
