New release of Virtual Helmond

On August 24 j.l. the latest version of Virtual Helmond was launched. The innovations concern the birdview and parts of the 3D model. It is also the first application of the latest release of VirtuoCity
Virtual Helmond is a 3D online platform where people from behind their computer a virtual tour of a neighborhood to Helmond at any time. So everyone can take a look at existing and newly built parts of the city of Helmond or the operation of sluice number 7.
In this new version, the navigation is much improved. Also, all projects are visible from above (helicopter view) and at street level, supplemented by actual images from Google Street View. Also the quality of the images are enhanced to show more detail.

By "walking" through the city or district, visitors can taste the atmosphere of new and refurbished homes, attractively decorated squares, landscaped greenery and custom streets. There are also several public buildings that can be visited inside.
Virtual Helmond in the visitor number icons in different ways to provide additional information. This involves additional information, pictures and videos. There are also several interactive applications built for stakeholders to invite to talk and think about their neighborhood. One can chat with other visitors currently on-line.

Besides the solar neighborhood, Weaver Gate of the Helmond are Suytkade downtown, Station Square, High Tech Automotive Campus, Molenstraat and pylons in Brandevoort exhibited in www.virtueelhelmond.nl. Currently they are working to make changes in Helmond West and the noise barriers in 3D visualization.
